20 Fenchurch Street is a commercial skyscraper in London that takes its name from its address on Fenchurch Street, in the historic City of London financial district. It has been nicknamed ‘The Walkie-Talkie’ because of its distinctive shape.

East Village is an area of East London that was designed and constructed as the Olympic Village of the 2012 Summer Games and has been converted for use as a new residential district. The area was formerly contaminated land and industrial buildings to the north of Stratford.
